I currently hold a Qualtrics Free account and I have been trying to get support through the phone number for a few hours now and no success so perhaps posting this question here it might help?
I have accidentally started a subscription with Qualtrics last night when I thought I was signing up for a free trial. I used to have a premium version of Qualtrics years ago but since I stopped using the platform, I didn't really renew it.
I saw that a lot of the features and the system has changed since I last used it in 2022, so before deciding on renewing it, I had the hope I would be able to try it out before making the decision. I was able to see that, although the functionalities are more complete than the previous versions, it's still not what I was looking for, but when I tried to cancel what I thought it was a trial, I already had been billed for the entire year.
Since the purchase was made less than 24h ago, I am hoping someone can help me reverting this and offering me support with this confusion? Who should I contact to for this?
