Hi everyone, I am trying to create a sliding scale question but learned Qualtrics doesn't let you add anything but numbers under "scale points." I was wondering if anyone knew any custom code that would allow me to make the sliding scale labels bigger as well as adding custom text following the numbers (i.e. 100 percent decrease). I know you can add labels but they just don't align right it seems. I want the text to be directly after the numbers on both ends of the scale. I included two pictures below for reference. Thank you!
