Carrying forward entered Text from one matrix to another

Hi!
I am working on developing a network survey to do some social network analysis. I've gotten so far as to be able to allow participants to list all the people they've talked to about their work in the past few weeks, and they are able to add as many folks as they need to. You can find the first matrix below.

In short, I need to pull whoever they list into a series of matrices on the following page of the survey, which will ask about the frequency and nature of their interaction. I've been able to have these choices carry forward using the "All choices - entered text", however, it then shows something along these lines:

Ideally, I would have an option that would say something along the lines of "Displayed - Entered Text" as a carry forward option, although that doesn't seem to exist in qualtrics. Do any of y'all have any javascript workarounds to help me out? Thank you so much! :)
