Continuously check if on mobile device

I am wanting to create a survey that does not allow participants to be on their mobile device, but keeps their link open until they get on a computer. 
I have tried using a Branch If with the Not On Mobile and disabling the next button, but once they switch to the computer it does not recognize they have switched and the next button is still disabled.

Any advice would be appreciated!
