I'm building an experiment in which participants have to move sliders.
I've defined an embedded field that will contain the manipulated slider result (after using java script).
However, it seems that the javascript cannot capture the slider value (into "s1scr" variable) and thus no value is passed to "score" variable (the If statement is not executed correctly). The result is that the piped text shown in the next page is showing the "score" initial value.
Enclosed the javascript code that I've place within addOnload

I suggest the following implementation: after the slider question create a page for calculating the score variable like this:

And add the following JavaScript to the Calculating Score Q:

Note: I changed the if to >= as it is easier to test and used clickNextButton() as opposed to a timer with Auto-Advance time - in my experience, a timer with Auto-Advance set to a minimal time throws the JS off so this is a solid way to ensure JS execution.

Another question that popped up concerning the current experiment.
I want to repeat the same block 10 times. After each time I want to show the result of the current round. At the end (after 10 rounds) I want to show the aggregated score of all rounds.
Does someone has a solution for my last question?
1. How to define the number of times a block can be repeated?
2. Each time a block is presented (in my case a single round) a variable stores the results (i.e. score) How can I create an aggregated variable that sum up the results of all rounds?
3. The score is extracted from the slider value.

I would suggest taking the same process described above and replicating it as many times as you need. In your case, create 10 slider questions. Then in the javascript code pull all of the values from the sliders and save them to different score variables (if you need to save them); then aggregate them - it would look something like this:

I've built my experiment based on your guidelines, however after calculating the aggregated variable (within the JavaScript) I'm not able to set the value back to the embedded field I've created within the Survey Flow and it keeps giving me the initial value of 0. What can be the reason?

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but following the steps described by npetrov937 makes my survey show the page "Calculating score" (no amount of Display logic hides it) and, more important, does not display the chosen value of the slider.

The strange thing is that the option only appear in the piped text as a blank space. I circled it for you here. Is it supposed to be like that or is it a bug? It looks like an empty space but when I move the cursor over it it selects it. It was literally trial and error till i found it.
Does
${q://QI#/ChoiceNumericEntryValue/1}
give the value of the selection on a slider on the most recent version of qualtrics? I can't even console.log this.
And yes, I have the proper ID, quotes, and it is executed on "unLoad."
