Hide browser scroll bar

Hi all,

I’m using this great solution from @TomG to push everything off the screen until the page is ready.

The problem is that the browser’s scroll bar flashes up temporarily. Does anyone know if there’s a way to disable the scroll bar on certain questions? Perhaps with some javascript?
