How to add multiple files at once?

Hi! I'm creating a large survey, and need to attach over 4000 files (some audio, some video). I need to present a file and then ask 2 follow-up questions on the file, then present a different file and ask the same 2 follow-up questions and so on, over 4000 times. I know how to upload the files, but there is only an option to do so one file at a time. I wanted to ask if anyone has encountered a similar problem, and if there is a code or some solution that would allow me to upload many files at once? (Note: I'm not familiar with coding at all!)
