How to Carry Foward a subset from Drilldown?

Hi all,
Following the example here:
Drill Down Question - Qualtrics Support
What I would like to do is have the user select the year and make then have the models carry forward as the rows for the next side-by-side question. This would allow the user to answer a few questions about every model for the year/make.
