@Cathaya you can create a custom message in the "Custom validation" with the condition to pass it if either of options is selected. Then It will offer you to create a new message:

Otherwise you can also create a message with translation for example in the library and select it here:

If your surveys is in single language then you can specific the language in Survey options->Survey Experience->Survey Language so error message will apply accordingly.
