I would like to embed my survey directly into a web page so that respondents can take the survey there and don't have to click on a link to access the survey. How can I do this?

There is actually an easier way if you have Site Intercept. you can embed the survey directly into the creative. You just have to make sure your survey theme has no header/footer.
