How to implement highlighting to indicate which statements are the non-unique ones.

In matrix table with text entry questions, highlight the statements that the respondent answers with a non-unique value so that they know that they have to answer with an individual value instead before they can move on.
For example, in the image below (image 1), after the respondent press the next button, I want to highlight just the first two rows (in addition to the error message). Like I did when he doesn't answer all the questions (image 2).
