Is it possible to create a way to customize the CSV file that comes from a scheduled report email?

I would like to reformat the CSV file. I have 90+ questions on one of my surveys, I would love to find a way to consolidate the information. Maybe change the layout. Put blocks of my questions on separate sheets.
Anyone know of options for CSV files specifically?

CSV files only contain data. They don't support formatting.
