Hi,
I have several slider scale type questions, where people need to indicate something on a 0 to 100 scale. I set the min and max to be 0 and 100, grid lines = 10, removed the labels, and show the values + mobile friendly.
However, on the computer as well as on the phone, the left side of the scale itself is cut. That is, i see the entire text above the scale, but the scale itself appears from 10(ish) to 100. I tried to play around with the look and feel features to see if that matters (they are currently "Blank"), but this does not seem to help.
How can i fix this?
Thanks!

Would it be possible for you to include a screenshot here?
Also, if you could try changing the layout and check or any custom CSS which is affecting the same.
Hope it helps!
here is a screen shot of how it looks on a preview (it supposed to start from 0, but i can only see from 10 onwards).
What can I do to try to fix it?
Where can i check for custom CSS and what should i change there?
Thanks!

You can check custom CSS in style within look and feel. Check if you have disabled any item or set display to none. If issue still persists try raising it to Qualtrics Support
Hope it helps!
Thanks! It helped :)
