Is there a way to add an inline pop-out when a word is clicked on? I'd like to provide definitions for some terms in response options, and have used the hover over feature before, but that doesn't work on mobile. Is there a way to have inline pop-out text when something is clicked on, so that the experience is consistent with mobile and desktop?
