Removing progress bar from an audio

On my study, I ask participant to listen to an audio, which starts by them pressing the play button. As of right now the way the audio is shown allows participants to go backward and forward and listen to any part of the audio (see picture below). I am trying to find a way to either remove the progress bar completely and only show the play and volume button, or at least disable the possibility for participants to forward or backward on the audio.
progress.PNGThank you!

On play event of the audio just make pointer-events to none of the audio tag.

Is there a way to just hide the progress bar?
