Score depending on value on slider

Hello everyone, I have a survey in which participants should estimate values 0-100 on a slider (~5 times). In case the participant estimates a value right, the participant should get a point. As far as I know, slider scoring is always the defined score times the value that the participant chooses on the slider?! I only want that the slider question is scored with 1 if the right value has been chosen on the slider? Is it possible to score in such a way? Moreover, since the participant makes several guesses (~5 times), is it possible to display the entire amount of correctly made guesses on the slider? Thank you very much for your help! Moritz
