I’m having a problem setting up the “Exit Survey” button for my survey as instructed here (another Qualtrics post mentions using the same coding). Note that the code in step 3g is incorrect and should instead be the code in the adjacent picture to the right. The only change I’ve made is changing Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() to Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady(function() and ensuring page transition is set to None, as per this Qualtrics post. Despite the button showing as expected in the survey, nothing happens when I click on it. I’d appreciate it if someone can point out if there’s some additional error in the posted instructions or if there’s been a change to Qualtrics’ software functionality that needs to be worked around. Thanks!
