Using JavaScript to hide options in a side-by-side question but responses are not being recorded in the response summary?

Hello!I have a side-by-side question with 3 response columns. I am using JavaScript to initially hide all of the response options in column 2 and 3, and only revealing rows in column 2 and 3 when the same row in column 1 is selected. Here is what it looks like… It appears to be working like I wish, but there is a problem. Once the survey is completed and the respondent is able to view their response summary, it appears that all responses in columns 2 and 3 are not being recorded. It’s response summary, can you please check your dataset once, download the data in excel and CSV to check if it is recorded there.
