Video sound is playing automatically before the video starts playing

Hi Everyone,
In my survey I have integrated some mp4 format videos. These videos contain sound. The preview suggests that as soon as the page which contains the video is reached, the video does not play, but it's sound does. How do I fix this? I want both the sound and the video to play at the same time, after the participant clicks "start"on the video.
