What is the best way to use HTML for survey headers and footers? | XM Community

I have client-provided HTML that I want to use as the Header and Footer for a survey, but it's not rendering the assets. I can see the hyperlinks but everything else is just the code text.

I went into Look & Feel > General > Header/Footer > Edit > Source icon > added the code I was given.

Is there anything in particular I should be doing to get the exact look they need?
It's hard to understand the issue without seeing an example of the html or a screenshot of what you are describing. Can an example be provided (minus client identifying information)?

Without seeing the code, check your angle brackets, opening and closing tags.

If you want an example of how others have used the headers and footers, and also provide html, the University of Western Australia website has a good example.
