Dashboard Display Only Show X Amount of Responses

Hi all,

 

I’m wondering if there is a way to set up a dashboard to only show a certain amount of responses. For instance, lets say I have the following:

Dataset1: 1000 responses

Dataset2: 1000 responses

 

I want to show only 500 responses from each set in the dashboard…. Not sure this is possible and I may have to do this manually I think.

    hey ​@Raechel , it depends on what responses you want to show on the dashboard.
    in your case, you can assign an embedded data (and an associating value)to 1000 recorded responses and apply that same filed filter on the dashboard page; in this way only the responses following the applied filter condition will be displayed.
