Hello! I am trying to better understand Open Rates and how they are calculated. I understand that if a respondent takes a survey, we should get a response rate of 100%, and an open rate of 100%. However, if the respondent receives an initial invite (and DOES NOT open it), receives a reminder (opens it and DOES take the survey), will the open rate be 100% or be 50%?
I would appreciate some additional guidance and clarification around the Open Rate calculation. Thanks everyone for the help!
