How do I create an NPS widget that translates from the scaled question into the three groups and calculates the actual score?

Hi @AWW15 are the 3 groups you’re looking for by chance promoter, passive, and detractor?

I use a gauge chart widget to display nps scores. To calculate off your 3 groups you will just add a filter to the widget.

Yes, exactly. But the NPS question in the survey is the 0-10 scale, so I am not sure how to identify the three groups on the chart, and then how to get the number in the center to actually reflect the computation needed (Promoters - Detractors) to get the actual NPS score. Can you tell me how you did this? I tried to use the gauge widget, but am unsure if I am doing it correctly.

Thank you!

First lets check to make sure it is mapped correctly in your dashboard - you should have it mapped like this. If this is the survey you’re adding to the dataset Qualtrics should automatically add them in like this

Once you’re mapped you can use the horizontal (or vertical) bar widget to display nps groups as shown above. Does this cover how you are wanting to display the data?

To be honest, I do not know what you mean by mapped. I have been using the Qualtrics platform for surveys for many years, but this is my first venture into the dashboards. The question in the survey is set up as the NPS question. Is there something I need to do in the survey itself to get the data to map correctly in the dashboard?

I think I got it now! Thank you!
