I want to create user accounts to close to 200 users. Is there a way to create this in bulk ?

Will they have access to a dashboard? Is this what you are trying to achieve as I am not sure. If it is for a dashboard, yes.

Yes i want them to use dashboards and use ticketing.
The above image is what i see in my account.
I see the one you see is only for dashboard users. i am not sure if we can allow them access to ticketing.

qualtirc_novice, Consider going to this link: Adding, Importing, & Exporting Users (CX) (qualtrics.com). You can upload a document as Marti was suggesting, but there is a template. I hope this is helpful.

We get a option to upload the list in bulk. we can also assign the username, passwords and user type for the entire list.

We don't use ticketing, so I am not sure.

So you get a option to assign the user type when you do a bulk upload.
