Hi XM Community,
I’m working on a scheduled workflow in Qualtrics to load users into the EX Directory. Added a new column to my SFTP file, but it’s not showing up in the “Load Users into EX Directory” task’s source field dropdown. I’ve previewed the file in the SFTP task and re-saved the workflow, but no luck.
Has anyone faced this issue or found a workaround to refresh the schema?
