We would like to internally implement some quick pulse check project for a new Qualtrics tenant. The tenant is blank and there is no integration in place. Therefore, the first pulse check is planned to be completelly anonymous. It should be distributed to all our employees. Below are my thoughts on the different packages and I would be interested if you see some better/easier approach to get this started.
- As base, we might use the EX25 template (or a blank engagement survey) and choose 10-15 questions which make most sense for our organization.
- We would not include any authenticator in the survey. SSO setup will take place at a later point of time.
- We will adjust the dashboard template of EX25 to fit our survey. Breakdowns won’t make sense. Eventually, we could include some org hierarchy or other demographic questions to collect some information but this is still to be decided.
- One major question is the distribution. So far, we thought to publish the anonymous survey link e.g., via the general company infrastructure (e.g., internal mailing tool, website, Microsoft Teams, onsite QR codes etc.). Alternatively, to distribute via Qualtrics directly, we would need to set up emailing in Qualtrics and upload all employees manually (file upload). I actually do not want to create a user for each employee atm because SSO is not yet set up and I fear issues with the usernames (brand ID suffix) once SSO is set up.
- For the dashboard I do not see any task for org hierarchy unless we ask it in our survey. Somehow we need to provide HR / management access to the overall results. So we would need to create users at least for them and provide them the corresponding role. For dashboard distribution, we would need to have emailing set up in Qualtrics.
The ideas are pretty rough. I am just looking forward to some additional comments you might have. How would you proceed if you would like to quickly gain first insights into your organization with a new Qualtrics tenant and pulse check in focus?
Thank you so much.
Best
