Our automated imports have been failing since 9/21/2023 for reason ER_0042 “unable to connect to sftp server”. We have not made any changes recently and this study has been running smoothly for a few months now. Our CX surveys also use the same sftp server and they are not having this issue so I believe there may be an issue with the EX platform. I have submitted a ticket with Qualtrics, but have not heard back and this is impacting our work as we now have to monitor it daily and do a manual workaround. Is anyone else having issues with their automated imports into the EX directory? Or if have you experience this issue before, how did you resolve it?
