Hi,
I am the new user of the Qualtrics planform (employee experience). Our firm has just launched the employee engagement survey, and I am preparing the material to train our manager on how to read the results and do the action plan. If anyone has produced a manual document or handbook, please advise me. Thank you.

    I don't think we have specific consolidated documents. However, it's best to go through the Qualtrics support sites below and prepare accordingly.

    I would say you created your own dashboard manual. Where you explain how to use filters and widgets and each page with screenshots.
