Hello!
I am building our Employee Lifecycle strategy and was curious if it was possible to dictate survey delivery based on metadata. Example: If I wanted to send an Exit Survey to team members on their day of exit as opposed to the day the data import happens or on just a pre-scheduled day of the week. If our file import contains “termination date” I’m hoping to set up an automation based on that date specifically.

    Hi @ZachM,

     

    You can automate participant creation in your lifecycle survey based on a date metadata.

    I haven’t tested yet but in this case, you’ll have to import your employee information directly in the XM directory (can be automated from a HRMS) and Qualtrics will find eligible employees to add to the lifecycle based on the termination date.
