Is anyone mapping historical data sources in Engagement projects using the team mapping as opposed to mapping trends by manager? If you are, I would love to hear any learnings from using that approach and if you found a way you could validate the trend accuracy? We’ve had a lot of movement within our organization lately, so I am determining if this feature is the right approach for more accurate trending for our upcoming engagement survey.
