Hello Exper Community Members! I am having an issue with one manager profile and subsequently SOME of his direct reports under him. I have resolved similar issue for manager in another country but just cannot get this one to work. I have tried re-importing by csv file and manually at Global Directory and Project level and just cannot get him to show up in hierarchy. I am wondering if the issue is memory / cache? Thank you for any insights.
