Historic information not coming when adding the hierarchy filter

Hi 

I have an EX project that has a historical tendency of the engagement metric  of 5 historical surveys and the actual one. when i have the hierarchy filter this information is not coming up, it just shows the metric for this year. 

I  really need the historical and the hierarchy filter so the people in the hierarchy can see their historical tendency.

Any ideas of what may be happening?
