How can we email dashboard with different filter dynamically selection for each recipient?

We are looking a email dashboard dynamically on the basis of value selected in filter. The same can be done when user logs in a dashboard he/she able to see only his/her data.
Is there a way we can send data restricted report (via Email Dashboard) to the users as per his/her level of the data?
