in my Organisation we are trying to integrate Successfactors recruiting with Qualtrics.

so far we were able to implement the in app application submission integration.

However we were unsuccessful to integrate the email survey integration.

what we would like to achieve is to send out a survey to a candidate after he changed application status to rejected or to hired.

can you please provide guidance on how to do so ? from Successfactors side all necessary prerequisites are there, but the sap documentation is lacking this part.
