How to takle the best the TEXT IQ when we have an engagement survey question, and answers come from 12 countries, and 12 languages. The struggle is also at Board level, we try to create the dashboard in English, but we would still like that each topic can also tale us to answers in local language. For now we thought of each language having their own page , or dashboard, separately. But the challenge would be having a single dashboard, and when people filter for their country to get the relevant answers.

Thank you

Option 1: You translate all your comments in English automatically (You can achieve that in the section called Data & Analysis) and your text iQ model (and keywords/queries) are 100% in English

Option 2: You don’t translate the comments. Each topic has the keywords in all languages. Random example : Topic 1: Manager. Keywords: Manager (EN), Gestionnaire (French), Director (Spanish), etc.)

To get relevant answers in your dashboard, probably a country or region filter would be the best.

Hi Alexandre,

Thanks for answering. :)

Where can I translate the comments? can you share a print screen? I cant find this option. In Data and Analysis I can only add topics and subtopics.

thank you

Livia
