Hi Team,

We are working on creating a dashboard with 4 onboarding surveys. We want to show the participant trend of the 4 surveys and individual participant summary for each survey.

Please let me know how can I achieve this.

Thank you.

Hey, BalajiNudurupati!

It sounds like you're looking to build out a comprehensive view of your onboarding journey. The best way to handle this is to set up separate Lifecycle projects for each of your four touchpoints—from that first week introduction all the way to the six-month mark. By pulling these into a single Lifecycle Program, you can automatically generate a unified dashboard project that aggregates all that data into one spot.

To get those participant trends and individual summaries dialed in, you'll want to use the Data Mapper or Employee Journey Analytics to join your datasets. This lets you build out trend widgets for longitudinal tracking and specific summary pages for each stage. I'd definitely recommend checking out this support page on Creating a Lifecycle Program for a step-by-step on organizing those projects and getting your dashboard widgets configured.

If you run into any trouble mapping those data sources or getting the widgets to display across the different surveys, you can reach out for a technical deep dive through the Customer Success Hub at https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/. They'll be able to look at your specific project IDs and help with any backend mapping issues. 🙂

Hi @Lpena : Thanks for the detailed reply. We did exactly the same whatever mentioned in your reply. We have four surveys, first week, first month, three months and six months and I am creating dashboards on the first week survey by mapping the data from the other three surveys in Dashboard > Settings > Dashboard Data page.

But, while using the Participant Summary, it is not allowing me to pull the secondary data sources data as it is showing as “This widget can't be filtered on a historical data set source. Try filtering on something else instead.”

We are not having Employee Journey Analytics yet, so trying to use the standard dashboard widgets to create the Participation Trend.

Please let me know if I am missing something.
