We are facing some questions while implementing a lifecycle (EX) project, we have three surveys associated each one to a financial benefit received by the bank employees, the invites are sent to the employees each time they make a disbursement of one of these benefits.
The problem arises in the process of sending these invitations. After one day, the platform stops recognizing the participants to whom the invitation has already been sent, which causes it to indicate that it will send the survey again to all participants, instead of only to the new ones who have joined as project participants.
Is there any way through which we can “Mark” the employees to whom we have already sent (even if they haven't replied to the survey) and include this filter as part of the metadata before sending invitations, to avoid this inconvenience
