I have a matrix bipolar table. In the mobile view the numbers can't be seen. I have the mobile friendly button selected in the Question type.
Any suggestions how to make the numbers visible on the mobile please?

Qualtrics support also offered a solution which was to turn off ‘Mobile Friendly’ for this question which worked.
The solution you offered was an option but we use this scale a lot and it was less time consuming to turn off mobile friendly than change each question.

+28Hi there, TomG's solution looks really cool! Alternatively, if you are definitely going with a scale from 0-10, you might also be able to get away with using the NPS question type, like in the below:
