I am the University Survey Coordinator here at my institution and we are experiencing some major delays with file uploads into the Course Evaluations module - all of these files are under 25Mb and we have not altered the format at all since our last upload 7 days ago. We had major issues with our last Main Semester uploads and have since been told that the system can not in fact handle up to 50Mb as stated, but to keep the files less than 40Mb. But that does not seem to have helped in this case. We have logged a Critical Support ticket - but what I was just trying to gauge is; Is anyone else experiencing these same issues?

Hi Everyone! Currently, the Qualtrics account process my department requires for active employees and students is for them to successfully pass either a Workday-based tutorial (for employees) or a D2L shell of the same tutorial for students. Once it’s been proven that they’ve achieved the minimum passing score of 80%, either my co-brand administrators or I create the account. Workplace Learning has suggested that requestors now obtain a Qualtrics credential first and direct them to the Qualtrics training platform for the beginner’s guide. What does your institution do and what have been the benefits and gaps/pros and cons to your process? Thank you!

Hello Higher Ed! We hope everyone is having a great summer. We are wondering, how many of you are utilizing XM Directory Full and how many are still using XM Directory Lite at your universities? For those of you using Full, what advantages have you found from the new features, and what did you have to consider before making the switch? Do you have any best practices or recommendations for those considering converting their directory to Full? For those of you still using Directory Lite, what are your main concerns about switching to Full? Please let us know what questions or concerns you have, and if there are any resources you’d like us to share that would help you with your decision! We know that converting to XM Directory Full takes some extra consideration at universities with 100s or 1000s of users, but we would like to help make sure you have all the information available to make the right decision for your institution. Our Student Reminder Emails for Course Evaluations weren’t distributed or sent out as scheduled this Spring 2025. Any other campus experienced this recently? The Course Evaluations Admin webpage, that lists Recurring Course Evaluations, displayed “completed” for our (4) scheduled Reminder Emails. But students reported not receiving any messages from Qualtrics about course evals. This was just confirmed by our IT too. Other things have failed before but this is a major blow to our response rate. I haven’t yet heard from Qualtrics Support so anyone else know what happened?!

Hello, At our university of appliet sience, our researchers want to collaborate with outside researchers. Now this is possible, which is nice. Only these external get access to our joint library. For this, we would like to perform checks if these external users still need access to our Qualtrics environment. Qualtrics indicates that there is no possibility to run a report in which the external user and the project (or person who invited the user) to which the linked is out. It is only possible to see which external users are in our Qualtrics. In the perfect situation we would like to see who external user is and who invited this person. So that we can put responsibility (delete when necessary) on this user and help remind them. My question is how do other universities/schools handle this and what are your agreements/processes for collaborating in Qualtrics with external?

Greetings XM Community, I created a scheduling tool in Qualtrics and had a question on how to clean a report to make it more readable. I have quite a few, “I do not need this class” responses. Is there a way to filter out that response inside Qualtrics and export a readable Excel file of needed classes or does it have to be edited directly in Excel? I’ve tried it a couple of ways but I keep running in to the issue that these answers are all tied to a student, they have a force response on all questions, so I think at best all I can pull is a blank field. Here’s a snip of the responses I’m trying to get rid of from one of my test responses: FYI - There survey was already launched and closed Thank you!

We are still fairly new to Qualtrics course eval and have a question about the reminder messages. My setup shows no Subject or Message chosen (see screenshot), but when I select these and click Create, then go back into check, they have all reverted. Does anyone else have this issue? If yes, is it normal? Or does it mean they are not sending?
