@rhoward This is a really interesting case study. Can you give a little more detail on how the feedback was actually operationalized? With our patient care-focused products, we seriously scaled back the deployment of our customer survey because practitioners accessed our products for time-intensive clinical reasons and did not want to have to click through a survey when they needed information immediately.
