I am a brand administrator and our university uses SSO with just in time provisioning for our users to self-create a new account. I would like to send an email to every new user when they create an account with information on their account, survey/response/email limitations, who to contact at our institution for help, etc. I can’t figure out how to accomplish this. I tried to create a workflow but I can’t find an event that matches this situation to trigger sending the email. Has anyone else accomplished this task?
