I am a brand administrator and our university uses SSO with just in time provisioning for our users to self-create a new account. I would like to send an email to every new user when they create an account with information on their account, survey/response/email limitations, who to contact at our institution for help, etc. I can’t figure out how to accomplish this. I tried to create a workflow but I can’t find an event that matches this situation to trigger sending the email. Has anyone else accomplished this task?

I would like this too. I submitted an enhancement request because I couldn’t find a way to accomplish this.
+3It’s really frustrating because new users end up putting in an IT ticket that eventually gets re-routed to my team but that wastes multiple people’s time and frustrates the user. We have all this information posted on our website, and I link to it in our brand specific information on the help button within Qualtrics, but people obviously aren’t finding it.
That would be great addition to add for all new Qualtrics users. I also use the SSO to have the users create their own accounts. I know that I have grouper keep track of the users but if Qualtrics can allow us to create email for new members would be awesome. I use try to find the new users and email them in the month they created an account but it manually done using the reports of users so drop doing it.
