Q: Tell us about your current role:
A: I currently serve as Assistant Vice-President for University Assessment at Georgian Court University. As such, I support university accreditation efforts, implement course feedback and student satisfaction surveys. I also collect assessment data on academic courses, administrative units, and academic programs. I maintain our university's assessment webpages with current information and reports based on assessment data.
Q: Tell us about one project that you have run on Qualtrics that has been particularly impactful:
A: I use Qualtrics to obtain information related to university unit and academic program assessment reports. Both use a common template, and the Qualtrics survey allows me to link the information to our strategic plans and institutional student learning goals. This allows the entities to decide on assessment actions and goals, but gives an overall common structure for reporting such.

Q: What would you like to learn from others in the Community?
A: How other collect routine transaction information for student services such as advising and academic support.
Q: If time and money were endless, what would be your dream experience?
A: International travel.
