Order of open ended questions

I have 2 questions I want to ask about a recent event.
What did you like?
What would you improve?
In the past, I’ve seen where someone would enter unfavorable feedback in a comment box intended to collect favorable feedback. By giving them the chance to unload their unfavorable first, in my opinion, it may help keep the favorable feedback favorable. Any opinions or science to back-up the order in which to ask would be appreciated.

Sorry for not being helpful but people will write whatever they want in an open ended question.
If there are specifics you'd like to know I would provide the topic and answers, whether that be in a matrix or a series of questions. Then you can put an open ended comments to catch everything else.

Survey research has found that asking respondents to list out feedback, instead of provide it in a single response, increases the quantity and quality of responses. For example, instead of asking respondents to describe what they did not like about a course, you could ask them to, " provide up to 5 areas for improving the course." You would also provide 5 short response spaces, as opposed to a single text box.
You may also want to try putting both, positive and negative feedback questions, on the same page so that respondents can easily see that they will have the opportunity to provide both kinds of feedback.
