Uploading Articulate 360 courses

Hi all,

One of the things my organization has been looking into is trying to upload Articulate 360 courses to view in a course/survey. One we have is published for the web and the others are published for an LMS. Both are in zip files. And from what I understand, zip files can’t be uploaded to the library. Are we able to do this or do you recommend a better way to handle Articulate 360 courses?

      @emmanaes - Our integrations team recommended that using a webservice task may be able to be used as a workaround, but this would probably require a fair amount of work on your end. Otherwise, you could convert the course to a .docx or .txt if you’re simply wanting to import the questions into the survey.

      I would double check to make sure that you are uploading the zip files as a files resource as well, as I just tested it out and was able to upload a zip file successfully to my library (but that could definitely not universally be the case depending on the exported Articulate file type).

        Hi, Brooke. Thank you for the response from the integrations team. I tested a zip file that doesn’t have an Articulate course published in it. And like you said, it worked perfectly fine. When I added a JavaScript file to that zip folder, it failed (which of course is a no-brainer because it failed to upload a JS file when I tried one of them).

        Out of curiosity, was the zip file you tested a simple zip file or an Articulate course exported in a certain way? I think part of the problem is we’re trying to upload an Articulate 360 course that has interactive elements (quiz, collapsible elements for certain slides, audio, etc) and embed it in the Qualtrics survey. And those courses’ zip files have not only HTML files, but JS and CSS in it as well.
