Adding a field to the Slack notification only when its not empty field

Hi team, I am looking for options on how I can achieve the following ask:

We have a field that comes from Salesforce that is not populated for all the accounts and we would like to add that field to our Slack notification ( from our customer survey) only when the field has a value.

Example:

if field [Partner Name] = XXXXX → add the [Partner Name] to the notification

if field [Partner Name] = empty → not add the [Partner Name] to the notification

What options do I have available to achieve this?
