I am trying to connect Service Now API via Workflow using Webservice and it only works when i test but not when the workflow is triggered. I have whitelisted all the IP address for the region in ServiceNow.
I also tried adding the same webservice in surveyflow and while testing it works fine but while taking the survey, the webservice does not perform any action.
Has anyone faced scenario like this and appreciate your inputs.
