Hi All,Is anyone experiencing an issue when trying to create a new action or add a new task to an existing action? I get a white prompt box that appears and then disappears straight away when clicking on add task. In the inspect window of Google Chrome I spotted this error message.There was an error while attempting to retrieve Extension EXT_decaffed-beef-beef-beef-decaffedbeef and Plugin PLUG_b01dface-b01d-face-b01d-faceb01dface, please try again later.I've raised it with Qualtrics support but heard nothing back yet.ThanksRod Pestell
