Has anyone using Storyline product have issues that appear to be browser dependent when using an embedded Qualtrics survey? How did you solve this issue?
Context: We have an organization training using Storyline Articulate with an embedded Qualtrics survey. Users in Internet Explorer encounter browser compatibility issues for the survey. All of our browsers are organizationally managed and are within the accepted range for what Qualtrics requires based on browser compatibility requirements.. This issue does not happen in Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
Edited: This does not occur using the same IE browser and the survey link by itself. It seems to only occur within the embedded training.
