Hi All!
I am looking to take our Relational Survey from a single event (1x per year) to a daily pulse out to our customers (meaning our customers would receive a survey invitation every 6 months based on the date they purchased one of our products and that process would run daily).
The issue I am running into is a time based trigger in a salesforce workflow. I have set it up to use the Account object (where the original date of purchase is located). I’m not sure what I should be entering in the “required field” (see screenshot below).
Has anyone ran into a similar situation? Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
