Trouble receiving responses from 3rd party panel | XM Community

I am having trouble connecting my survey to a third party company panel. They tell me they are receiving completes on their end but I am not seeing any responses come in on my side. Did I make an error? How can I troubleshoot this?

Please try exporting data as sometimes number don't reflect.



Also check wether you have added all embedded variables, your third part sample provider is using.

You can verify the survey URL which they are using and you can perform one round of check to make sure it takes you into the right survey.
